If you are 65 or older and have fallen or are worried about your sense of balance, the Stand Up! the program for you. Held twice a week the program provides information and discussions to be able to do safe exercise at home.

A program of cognitive vitality for seniors.
Tips and tools to keep your brain active. For seniors experiencing normal memory loss.
Please note : if you have concerns about your memory, please discuss these concerns with your doctor. This program is not designed for those experiencing dementia or other related disorders.

Senior Men’s Coffee Break
A social initiative for senior men who are interested in current events, cooking or playing card games.

Reassurance Calls (adults 65 and over)
This program promotes autonomy and reduces isolation which is often felt by seniors. It gives seniors a sense of security and the opportunity to connect with a friendly volunteer while providing a support network. Calls can be made on a monthly, weekly, daily basis depending on the need.

Yoga For the Rest of Us
A gentle form of yoga intended for seniors which is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Scrapbooking
The Scrapbooking program uses journaling and stories from the past to inspire creation.
Remember your fondest memories and share them with others in a creative scrapbook designed completely by you! You will also learn about journaling and how the two arts can be used together. Other creative activities will be incorporated into the program from time to time.

Tai Chi
Incorporating music with the five elements form of Tai Chi (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water), Christine Neumayer promotes overall health and total body harmony while developing strength and cardio in a relaxing, open environment. (all ages)
