Clients must present themselves in the morning and then return in the afternoon for their basket. The required documents are a proof of address and welfare or cheque stub. There is no interview. Fridays only, 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Supper for men and women in need at 6pm. You must arrive before 6pm.

Breakfast Monday to Friday from 8a.m. to 9a.m. and a light lunch (soup, bread, tea) from 11:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. Clothes are available Monday, Wednsday, and Friday from 10:00a.m. to 11:00a.m.

The Multi-Caf is in a community centre for Cote-des-Neiges residents only, and they serve free meals in the mornings. They also discourage more than monthly visits. The required documentation is a lease or proof of address. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

NDG residents only. Required documents are address proof and id card (ex: medical card). Homeless are welcome. Mondays 5-7 p.m. Wednesday and Fridays 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The Salvation Army gives help to families through its thrift shop and family service which includes counseling, food bank, clothing and furniture.
